Vision

A future where Egypt has enforceable animal protection laws, stray cat populations are humanely managed through TNR, animals suffering from severe abuse are rescued and healed, and every animal has the opportunity to find a loving forever home.

Goals

1. 1.Expand our TNR program to cover more areas across Giza, increase the number of severe abuse cases we can rescue and rehabilitate, and grow our international adoption network to place more animals in loving forever homes abroad. We aim to reach more communities and save more animals each year through expanded volunteer and foster networks.
2. 2.Purchase land that the shelter is currently renting to ensure long-term operations. Build sustainable fundraising channels to reduce reliance on one-time donations. Improve coordination between our American board and Egyptian ground team through better communication tools and operational processes.
3. 3.Advocate for the creation and enforcement of animal protection laws in Egypt. Raise public awareness about animal abuse and responsible pet ownership through community education and social media outreach. Foster compassion between people and animals in communities where animal welfare has historically been overlooked.
