Vision

Better prepare engineering and business students emerging from undergraduate programs for participation in the automotive, emerging technologies, and racing industries.

Goals

1. 1.The Pittsburgh Shootout is focused on growing enrolled teams from 40 to 50 at our yearly flagship event. Currently the program has a waitlist for interested teams to attend due to space and logistical constraints.
2. 2.Build an endowment fund to maintain financial security of the programs and fund a grant to at least one team who participates in the event. The first goal is to raise $10,000 to put into a self-managed high yield savings account and use accrued interest to fund a small grant to a FS team enrolled in our activities.
3. 3.Expand to a second venue or event in another geographic location to serve the universities in that region. We are currently evaluating midwest and southern regions.
