To create a future where Black women and girls across California thrive, leading empowered lives with access to opportunities, resources, and environments that support their success, well-being, and leadership.

Goals

1. 1.Our goal is to expand access to programs like the Black Women’s Professional Leadership Program, a 10-week course equipping Black women with leadership skills through our Plan, Process, and Practice™ model. We also focus on protecting Black women and girls by advocating for policies that ensure safety, dignity, and opportunity.
2. 2.Our goal is to strengthen organizational capacity by enhancing financial sustainability, expanding technical infrastructure, and improving management systems. This includes investing in staff development, technology upgrades, and strategic planning to increase efficiency, impact, and long-term growth.
3. 3.Our goal is to amplify advocacy efforts focused on advancing policies that promote equity, justice, and opportunities for Black women and girls. We aim to influence systemic change through strategic partnerships, policy reform, and community engagement, ensuring Black voices are heard and represented at every level of decision-making.
