The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: Develop equitable recruitment/identification processes for gifted, neurodivergent, and twice-exceptional children. Utilize diverse assessment tools that consider socioeconomic status, race, and culture. Connect these processes to holistic support systems, including mentorship, advocacy, tutoring, and enrichment programs tailored to all students' needs. Establish evaluation systems.
Goal Two: Diversify revenue sources to meet the growing needs of our student population, especially underserved students. Focus on increasing grant and donor funding to enhance our holistic services. This includes identifying new grant opportunities, pursuing alternative revenue sources, and implementing a targeted donor engagement strategy to boost contributions and support program expansion.
Goal Three: Provide world-class support and coaching to all students. Establish robust support networks for parents and caregivers of gifted and neurodivergent children. Design and implement a culturally responsive, rigorous, and evidence-based curriculum that reflects the diverse backgrounds of gifted and neurodivergent students, promotes engagement, and improves students’ success holistically.
