The corporation is organized and shall be operated exclusively for charitable and educational purposes within the meaning of Section 501c3 of the Internal Revenue Code including: promoting the arts for the benefit of the general public including music graphic design and filmmaking; providing educational workshops and instruction to the community on topics including audio engineering film music and history; providing internship and training opportunities for Wisconsin youth in curation sound engineering graphic design and filmmaking or videography; and operating an accessible community space in which artists may develop exhibit and share their work with the public.
