2. 2.Fostering a sense of responsibility, creativity, and community engagement among the teens, encouraging them to take ownership of their growth and development while supporting their community and each other in a nurturing environment.
3. 3.Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and effectiveness of the Board while engaging with the community to build relationships and gather support for our programs.
