Clean water in remote areas for the first time in the history of humankind.

Goals

1. 1.Core programs are Drilling, Pump Repair, Comm Dev., and Ag Dev. Each quarter, we re-evaluate our goal to drill at least 25 new boreholes per year. Pump repair efforts are declining as we have trained locals to repair their own wells. Our core focus enables agile efforts to address the wide range of needs in Comm and Ag Development.
2. 2.Comm and Ag Development are broad program areas. Our goal is to remain flexible enough to meet the changing needs of our area. Environmental, Economic, and Political are a few examples of why things change. This goal allows us to structure our resources to be able to pivot with a moment's notice based on the needs.
3. 3.The nature of water drilling means there are many rotables that must be maintained and other items that must be replaced regularly. Our goal is to manage capital equipment investments and cash flow with maximum contingency. Technically, we remain very close to industry best practices as part of the National Groundwater Association.
