    The primary mission is to provide youth opportunities to participate in Asian basketball leagues and tournaments. The youth portion of the club consists of 350 to 400 members (boys and girls.) The adult portion of the club consists of 120 and 140 members. The primary source of funds is membership dues and invitational basketball tournaments.
