The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: Our goal is to expand and scale existing programs. We aim to rescue more pugs, enhance rehabilitation services, boost adoption rates, strengthen community outreach, and develop support programs for pug owners. These strategies will save more pugs, ensure they receive care, find loving homes, raise mission awareness, and support pet owners to prevent future surrenders.
Goal Two: Our goal is to develop new programs based on observed community needs. We've implemented an electronic database to streamline operations, improve data accuracy, and enhance communication. Additionally, we've created a Seniors for Seniors program to match senior pugs with senior adopters, offering companionship and mutual benefits while providing tailored support.
Goal Three: We are investing in our organization's capacity to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome more pugs efficiently. By improving infrastructure, training, and staff development, we enhance our operations. Additionally, using the ShelterLuv portal streamlines intakes and adoptions, improves data management, and enhances user experience.
