Goals

1. 1.Destiel is expanding support groups, mentorship, and DEI training to increase accessibility for LGBTQ+ individuals, especially in rural and underserved communities. We aim to grow participation by 40% through virtual programming, multilingual resources, and targeted outreach, ensuring greater access to mental health support, leadership development, and career mentorship.
2. 2.Destiel is strengthening financial sustainability, leadership development, and technology infrastructure to enhance operational efficiency and long-term impact. We are expanding fundraising, adopting impact measurement tools, and implementing leadership training to ensure effective decision-making, increased funding diversity, and scalable program growth.
3. 3.Destiel is developing new programs in response to emerging needs within the LGBTQ+ community, particularly in mental health, economic empowerment, and leadership development.
