The nonprofit organization presents evidence of strategic thinking and goal setting through sharing their most important strategic goals.
Goal One: Implement targeted recruitment and retention strategies to increase club membership. This includes focusing on local schools, community events, and word-of-mouth to drive awareness and interest, and improving the quality of our programming by responding to athlete needs, coach requests, and membership feedback.
Goal Two: Establish a sustainable scholarship program to enable increased participation in our competitive swim program for underserved youth in our area. This will increase community access, diversify membership, and promote water safety. We will secure funding through local partnerships and fundraising initiatives, plus form an oversight committee to determine eligibility criteria and selection.
Goal Three: Diversify our funding sources by actively pursuing grants, sponsorship from local businesses, and increased fundraising initiatives. We will implement a robust financial management model and plan, including forecasting and reserve fund development, to ensure long-term financial stability and sustainability, ensuring the club's longevity for future generations of swimmers in our community.
