To scout for potential medal talent, to help identify areas of support, and to work with all stakeholders to aid deserving talent.

Goals

1. 1.We support over 450 athletes and para-athletes across 11 Olympic and 9 Paralympic sports, with a focus on providing world-class facilities and training to enable them to excel at the international level. We identify potential talent through extensive grassroots research and conduct periodic reviews to ensure that deserving athletes receive the necessary support.
2. 2.We focus on multiple support parameters to provide athletes and para-athletes with the necessary exposure and match practice in the lead-up to the Olympic and Paralympic Games: 1. Sports Science support- Physiotherapists, Nutritionists, Sports Psychologists, Strength & Conditioning trainers 2. Medical supplements and other medical requirements 3. World Class Equipment and Sports Kit
3. 3.To create an enabling ecosystem for the athletes and para athletes we : - Collaborate with expert partners to create an ecosystem for the athletes. - Develop Coaches Program to provide exposure of best practices and leadership development of elite coaches
