Teens are struggling. Social media and hyper connectivity is paradoxically making them disconnected and overwhelmed and parents are looking for answers. Life Unleashed Ventures is an experiential training program that combines SEL (Social and Emotional Learning) and Leadership skills to empower teens in a unique and fun way. Suicide, anxiety, stress and feelings of disconnection among teenagers have skyrocketed in recent years. Our methodology creates community and connection and provides a solid foundation for teens to be mentally healthy. When surveyed, our participants report an increase in self confidence, personal responsibility and deeper friendships Our focus is on teens that are feeling lost, unmotivated, stressed or overwhelmed and parents that would like to minimize time spent in the cycle of nagging and resistance, arguments, misunderstandings and lack of cooperation. Our offerings are interactive experiences in a relaxed, safe environment designed to eliminate the anxiety and stress common to other learning approaches. -- Teens uncover their automatic reactions to situations and learn they have choices to respond differently. -- Teens discover what may be holding them back with their goals and receive actionable tools and steps to move forward. -- Teens create win/win relationships with their parents and achieve more peaceful family dynamics. Our programs include weekend workshops, one day intensives, ongoing connection sessions, individual and group coaching and junior leadership training.
