1. 1.Launch pilot initiatives such as no-cost business consulting, job training workshops, and community improvement projects to directly address needs identified through local assessments.
2. 2.Strengthen organizational infrastructure by adopting governance policies, building financial reserves, and developing tools for program evaluation and donor engagement.
3. 3.Scale successful pilot programs by expanding to additional communities in Minnesota, Florida, and Hawaii, increasing access for underserved individuals and small businesses.
